If you’re a food lover and beer aficionado, then don’t miss Chicago’s Goose Island Brewery’s special 25th anniversary celebration dinner at Oak Grill on Thursday, January 21st, 2016. The evening will feature a five-course menu prepared by Oak Grill’s Sous Chef David Fernandez with every course paired with an award-winning, bourbon-aged Goose Island brew. You’ll get to taste the brewery’s signature IPA which took home the gold medal for English Style IPA at the Great American Beer Festival.
The menu includes Guinea Hen Raviolo in Dark Consommé paired with Matilda Belgian Pale Ale; and Pan Seared Skate Wing with wilted Dandelion Greens and Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette paired with Sofie Sparkling Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale, among others.
