Happy New Year! Welcome to 2017! This year, I have launched a new segment entitled “Delish Dish” where I will be featuring one (maybe two) stellar dishes at various eateries which are worth making a trip for.
Kicking this segment off is Chef Michael Pham’s gorgeous Abalone Panna Cotta ($22) an umami-filled “custard” with braised abalone, uni, mirugai, ikura, and lemon vinaigrette. The Providence alum has brought this dish over and tweaked it a bit, but it possesses a perfectly smooth texture with the right consistency in my mouth. I wish this dish is available on the lunch menu!
