The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel presents the Latin Food & Wine Experience on Friday, February 12, 2016. You’re invited to enjoy the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from the Monarch Bay Sunset Terrace while sipping on Latin wines and savoring the flavorful cuisine.
Featured wine stations include Alximia — if you follow my blog closely, you’ll remember I visited this winery on one of my trips to Mexico in 2014 — Bodega Santo Tomas, Delgadillo Cellars, Cava Maciel, La Carrodilla, Lechuza, Robledo Family Winery, Vena Cava, and Monte Xanic.
Executive Chef Brian Sundeen will present a Pan-Latin menu of tapas-style tasting dishes including Piloncillo Prawns, Sea Bass Ceviche and Braised Goat Tacos.
You’ll get to hear stories and experiences from the various winery representatives, as well as discuss tasting notes for their wine selection.
The Latin Food & Wine Experience is $85 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity. From 6pm to 8pm.
Reservations for the Latin Food & Wine Experience are required and can be made by calling Resort Services at 949-240-2000.
