>Woke up feeling weird today — needed some super spicy food to combat nausea. Yeah you heard me… I needed a kick-up-my-ass kind of heat. The rain was also hindering us from going far, so hubby said we can just go to this Sichuan place nearby and grab something. We’d only been once before, what the heck, I didn’t care. Spicy dry beef pot (pictured) was what we got and it was actually pretty good, I asked for extra spicy. Braised beef noodles were bleh — I just ate the dry beef with rice. They also have the appetizer station where you choose your combos, but it was okay, nothing special. Nausea’s gone — how about them chilis eh?

>Mmmm chilis. It looks good just for that reason. Pretty close to work too. Worth a shot I suppose!

>I really like this place but their dishes are hit and miss and it’s kinda on the pricey side
