I recently came across The Fire-Driven Life: How to Ignite the Fire of Self-Worth, Health, and Happiness with a Plant-Based Diet, a book grounded in plant-based foods by Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Lifestyle Coach Vanessa Chamberlin.
Although I am not vegetarian or vegan by any means, I do believe that by adding more plant-based foods into our diets is a healthful way to combat so many issues: health, illness etc.

The book starts off by introducing you to what you can expect from the book. I really like how simple and user-friendly it is to maneuver. A third way through the book, there are recipes for you to choose from to try out. Even if you’re not interested in going full fledge on this path, it will be an advantage in everyone’s life to at least adopt some of these tips for a more healthful life.
