We visit Boudin pretty often purely because my son misses San Francisco (he was born there) and longs for clam chowder, or some sourdough bread. On a recent visit, he jumped at the chance to taste one of the new BBQ pork sandwiches currently on offer.
Available for a limited, Boudin’s three new menu items are loaded with perfectly seasoned, seared and slow-roasted BBQ pork. Inspired by the flavors of a summertime backyard barbecue, the new menu items include:
- Classic BBQ Pork Sandwich – sweet, savory and traditional
- Aloha Pork Sandwich – an island-inspired twist on the classic
- Luau Pork Salad – bright, fresh and infused with ginger and soy flavors
My son absolutely loved the Aloha Pork Sandwich which he said reminded him of the lunches he had in Kindergarten when we lived in Hawaii.
In addition to the pork menu items, Boudin is offering house-made coleslaw as an add-on side option for a limited time.
