Movie Nights in The Backyard returns to Hotel Irvine

June 7, 2017 Mad Hungry Woman Leave a Comment

Hotel Irvine’s third annual Movie Nights in The Backyard is back! I remember going last year with friends, where we sat outside, dined on burgers, and enjoyed The Breakfast Club on an outdoor movie screen under the beautiful summer night of southern California.

This summer, round up the family, or friends, and make it a fun-filled night under the stars on the outdoor lawn. Bring your appetites for chef’s backyard BBQ with hot-off-the-grill burgers, artisan sandwiches, fresh farmers market salads and staple movie snacks like ice cream, nachos, popcorn and candies. Plus, the grown ups will want to order up a featured cocktail or bottle of wine from the fully stocked outdoor bar.

The movie night schedule is as follows:

Friday, June 9: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

Friday, June 30: La La Land

Friday, August 11: Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

Admission is $5 per person; free for children under five. Doors open at 7pm with movies starting at dusk. Open seating. Bring blankets, low chairs, pillows or cushions. For complete schedule, menus and FAQ, visit hotelirvine.com/movienights

About Me

This blog is a journal of mostly my eating adventures, but also, other things I'm passionate about, including travel, the arts, and also, necessities to complete my life. Centered predominantly in and around Orange County, CA, some will extend to Los Angeles, San Diego and beyond. I am constantly searching for delicious food to eat and fun things to do, nothing is out of bounds. Sometimes it doesn't end well, but I can definitely say, it will always be an interesting journey.
