I came across Gaslamp Popcorn several years ago, and immediately fell in love with this San Diego company for its quality products using non-GMO corn, and pure cane sugar. It was featured on my now defunct newsletter, where it was received with great glee by my readers. It is a brand my son enjoys tremendously.
Right now, Gaslamp Popcorn has partnered with Susan G. Komen ® where consumers can demonstrate their support by attending Susan G. Komen-hosted events, where Gaslamp Popcorn will be sampling its clean label Malibu Mix popcorn in vend size bags.
The brand’s responsibility to the community aligns well with Susan G. Komen’s commitment to furthering the research toward finding a cure for breast cancer, and consciously crafted Malibu Mix is the ideal way to help amplify the message.
Gaslamp Popcorn can be seen sampled at this year’s Susan G. Komen events by the organization’s major chapters, including San Diego, CA, Fresno, CA, Irvine, CA, Murrieta, CA, San Francisco, CA, Reno, NV and Dallas, TX. A donation of 100,000 bags to be shared with event attendees and participants at local Race for the Cure ® events, 3-Day ® walks, mammography events and more.
Gaslamp Popcorn’s partnership with Susan G. Komen has ultimately allowed the brand to do its part in advocating for breast cancer research, while educating consumers about the inherent
health benefits of whole grains, such as those found in popcorn. As a naturally gluten-free snack, each of Gaslamp Popcorn’s varieties uses only non-GMO corn and pure cane sugar.
