Those of you with a sweet tooth will relish in the Dinner Desserts offered at Provenance. Chef Cathy Pavlos’ seasonal creations are beautiful, with something for everyone. Whether you’re dining at Provenance, or simply stopping in for an after-dinner drink, these winter desserts are sure pleasers.
Apple Pie a la Mode on the Beach ($10.50) is a combination of spiced cookies, caramelized Granny Smith apples, drizzled with a bourbon-candied pecan sauce, and flanked by scoops of vanilla bean ice cream.
Old Fashioned Gingerbread Waffles ($10.50) are an absolute delight. These waffles are topped with brandy spiced poached pears, toasted walnuts, burnt honey and crème Anglaise.
Chocolate lovers will revel in the Dark Chocolate Tart ($10.50), reminiscent of a s’mores of sorts. Torched bananas and marshmallows complete the plate.
Vanilla Bean Budino ($10.50) is the piece de resistance, with beautiful edible flowers, creating a palette of fall colors which sits atop the gloriously rich pudding.
