Pressed Organic Chicken ($29)
We weren’t quite sure what “pressed” chicken was, but were completely blown away by this dish. One of my girlfriends is not a fan of chicken, and even she was impressed.
The chicken is textually amazing but doesn’t take like chicken. Perhaps this is why my girlfriend loved it so much? It is like no other chicken dish I’ve ever experienced.
Served with a stunning pairing of forbidden rice, Sherry vinegar jus, broccolini and carrot.
