I recently came across Good Stock, a brand of soups which was launched, fall of 2014 Smorgasburg, New York City. Very quickly, the news spread and this new soup company started a home delivery business which then evolved to a catering business, before launching their first retail experience. In 2019, Stock Up was realized which allowed the company to ship their soups across the country.
I love how there are so many variations of soups available. They arrive at your doorstep, nicely packaged with dry ice, so you can pull them out and store in your freezer, as soon as it arrives. The soups average around $9-$10, and although it says it’s one serving, I find that it is enough for me, for two servings. My favorites at the moment are Lentil, Minestrone, and Roasted Mushroom.
Another notable aspect is the packaging. Gone are the days of canned, or powdered soups. This is the soup of the future!
