My first experience with The Flame Broiler only happened a couple of years ago. My son came home one day with a beef bowl and offered me a bite. Needless to say, I was hooked.
Since that fateful day, I’ve been a huge fan of The Flame Broiler’s bowls usually opting for brown rice with either chicken, or a mix of chicken and tofu with the addition of vegetables — cabbage, carrots and broccoli. The best part? If you want to go low-carb, just omit the rice and you can double up on the vegetables.
If you’re often on the go like I am, there will be days when you don’t have the time to cook, or commit an hour or more to sitting down in a restaurant. This is when The Flame Broiler comes in.

Love Flame Broiler! I have one that is super close to my office but I try to not go all the time because of the carbs in the rice. I didn’t know you could sub the rice for veggies! I should win so I can give that a try 🙂
