In the book she travels from coast to coast seeking out the weirdest flavors, most innovative entrepreneurs, and everything in between. Would you be game enough to try foie gras ice cream? I know I am! I’ve tried garlic ice cream, beet ice cream, but would I be brave enough to try vanilla ice cream with toffee coated mealworms? I think so!
