Last year, I featured Keto Kookies and was surprised at the response I got from the post. So when Keto Kookies wanted to collaborate again to give away some of these gluten-free delights for my readers to enjoy, I was eager to do it!
If you’re on a gluten free diet, or perhaps you’re diabetic (like I am) and/or are counting carbs, either way, you’ll be interested in Keto Kookies. This line of delicious cookies made with high-quality ingredients such as grass fed butter, coconut oil, non-GMO almond and coconut flour, as well as natural sweeteners were a huge hit from the feedback I received.
Whether you’re on a Ketogenic diet or not, the cookie is high in fat and low in carbs. Keto Kookies are packaged in pairs and are ready to eat straight out of the package. They can also be put in the microwave for a few seconds to enjoy warm.
These sugar-free cookies are definitely diabetics friendly, and kids, especially those kids with Type 1 diabetes, who usually have to miss out on sweet treats, can absolutely eat them. The best part? Keto Kookie was developed by two Orange County residents, Victor Macias and Kristoffer Quiaoit, and the product has been expanding rapidly ever since.
The company has recently added Peanut Butter to their repertoire. The originals include Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, and Snickerdoodle. I’d have to say, the peanut butter is my favorite!
The cookies are soft, slightly crumbly, due to the use of almond flour. They are not overly sweet — a plus for my non-sweet palate — and even though there are two cookies in each packet, I find that one cookie suffices to curb that cookie craving.
