DELISH DISH: masala fries from ADYA + giveaway

April 24, 2018 Mad Hungry Woman 12 Comments

We are huge fans of ADYA, the modern Indian street food concept by Chefs Shachi Mehra and Sandeep Basrur. There are two locations: one at the Anaheim Packing House; and at UCI.

Recently, the restaurant added a new item, Masala Fries. These crispy delicious fries are tossed in a secret spice blend, and are served either au naturel, or topped with your choice of Chicken Tikka Masala, or Lamb Keema. My son loves mixing the chicken and lamb together, while I like mine au naturel.

This week, I have a $25 giftcard to ADYA for one of you to go try the masala fries for yourself. Leave a comment, with your full name, telling me which of these will be your choice. Entries close on Sunday, May 6th, 2018.
