I hear about Chef Ben O’Donoghue when my friend Bernice Chan posts an interview she conducts with him for Hong Kong’s South China Morning Post. At the time, I am about to leave for Brisbane and hence, try to gather some information and have my friend get us a table for when I arrive. A group of college […]

brunch at Del Frisco Grille — Irvine Spectrum + giveaway

June 17, 2016 Mad Hungry Woman 21 Comments

A few years ago when Del Frisco first opened, I had a less than stellar experience which leads me to not return for quite some time. Recently, I am invited to try their weekend brunch offerings, and I take this opportunity to give them another go. We begin with Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary ($8/$21 carafe) which […]

About Me

This blog is a journal of mostly my eating adventures, but also, other things I'm passionate about, including travel, the arts, and also, necessities to complete my life. Centered predominantly in and around Orange County, CA, some will extend to Los Angeles, San Diego and beyond. I am constantly searching for delicious food to eat and fun things to do, nothing is out of bounds. Sometimes it doesn't end well, but I can definitely say, it will always be an interesting journey.
