4th Street Market in Santa Ana is ringing in the new year with some additions to their line-up. Opening tomorrow are three new eateries.
Ground House Burger
Featuring an array of burgers such as the flavors of the Philippines and Hawaii with the Pinoy and Ono, as well as the shock value Magical Burger, featuring a rainbow bun, sprinkles and marshmallows. We stuck to the Classic, and also tried the Vegan Burger.
However, what absolutely blew me away was the Fry Roulette, which is presented on a spinning tray, with four types of fries, tater tots, and onions rings. The roulette is also equipped with 12 different dipping sauces. Mind-blown!
Steel Pan
A Detroit-style pan pizza concept, Steel Pan serves up individual sized pan pizza with a variety of toppings to suit your taste. The pizza looks like a piece of thick toast, with ample cheese and toppings. My favorite was the Cuppy ‘roni — a cheese and pepperoni pizza — simple and flavorful. Vegetarians and vegans are not overlooked at Steel Pan. Choose from the Classic, Truffle Mushroom, or the Vegan.
AFNG (All Flavor No Grease)
This Mexican-style addition features kicked-up burritos, tacos and quesadillas. The signature of AFNG is the Triple Threat, which sees marinated triple threat (chicken, steak, and shrimp) either in a burrito ($18) or quesadilla ($20), paired with pico de gallo, sharp Mexican cheese, with sour cream and green sauce.
More new eateries are scheduled to open in the coming months, so stay tuned.

Hi Anita,
i am Glenn Scharaga, Andy Harris and I have been sharing culinary tips for over 20 years. I know you like your pizza crust to be nice and crisp. Unlike many true neapolitan pies the pizza at Centro in old town Tustin; the crust is so crisp and tasty. If you go be sure and get the DOP mozzarella.
They also make their own wine, beer and olive oil.

Hi Glenn,
Thanks for your message. I will be sure to check out Centro in old town Tustin. At first, I thought you were talking about Centro Collective in Lake Forest. I’ve bookmarked it, and I’ll be sure to check it out! Thank you so much for reaching out and Happy New Year!
